I love my city. Worcester, MA. I love my neighborhood. Tower Street and the surrounding area. I HATE litter! I'm trying to understand why some people feel it's okay to throw their trash EVERYWHERE. My neighborhood is NOT your trash can!!

Something you might be interested in. I just discovered that the DPW will put up a city trash can (the kind that hangs on a pole) if they have a person or group who agrees to empty it.
I'm getting one put up at a Land Trust property.
Thought maybe you could use it!
